1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered user account on the jnt138 platform, created by completing the registration process and subject to verification under Clause 3.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where separately tracked, bonus funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, cashback, or free-spin monetary equivalent awarded to a User under Clause 7, subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Platform" means the jnt138 website accessible at https://jnt138.cam and any associated mobile-browser interface, including all games, betting markets, account management tools, and support channels.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own bank account or e-wallet, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means the sports betting (including football, badminton, e-sports, and other markets), live casino, togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-lottery game) draws, slot games, and any other wagering or entertainment products offered by jnt138 from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30×) of the relevant bonus amount or bonus-plus-deposit amount, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under Clause 3, comprising documentary evidence of identity and, where required, proof of payment method ownership.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operating-hours references.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of jnt138 is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the User's relationship with the Platform:

1. Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. jnt138 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, deposit funds, or participate in any wagering activity. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older and consent to age-verification procedures at any time.
2. Legal capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who lack legal capacity, are under guardianship, or are otherwise prohibited by law from entering contracts may not register.
3. One account per person. Each natural person may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts, accounts held on behalf of another person, and accounts registered by or on behalf of a legal entity are prohibited.
4. Exclusion lists. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by jnt138 or any gambling harm service through which jnt138 participates. Persons who have previously been excluded and whose exclusion period has not expired are ineligible.
5. Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jnt138 does not accept registrations from persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited at the individual user level. Indonesian residents access jnt138 on an offshore basis and bear full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable Indonesian laws.
6. Employees. Current employees, contractors, directors, officers of jnt138, and their immediate family members sharing a household are not permitted to hold an Account for wagering purposes.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the Services, you must complete the jnt138 registration process and pass identity verification. The following requirements and procedures apply:

• Registration information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• KYC documentation. jnt138 may require you to provide, at any time, documentary evidence of identity. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a valid passport, or a valid driver's licence (SIM). jnt138 may additionally require proof of address and/or proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a bank statement header showing your name and BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other registered account number).
• Verification timeline. Standard KYC review is completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours of document submission during WIB business hours. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is approved, regardless of Account balance.
• Account suspension. jnt138 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account pending KYC completion or re-verification. Suspended Accounts cannot withdraw funds until verification is completed satisfactorily.
• Accurate information obligation. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jnt138 may immediately terminate any Account found to contain materially inaccurate information, with forfeiture of any Bonus Funds and potential withholding of Real-Money Funds pending investigation.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

• Password security. You must select a strong, unique password for your jnt138 Account and must not reuse passwords from other services. Passwords must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• Unauthorised access. You must notify jnt138 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or if your credentials have been compromised.
• Shared devices. You must not access your Account from a shared or public device without logging out fully at the end of each session. jnt138 accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to log out on shared devices.
• Account sharing prohibited. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any wager placed via your Account credentials — whether by you or by another person — is treated as your wager and is binding on you.
• Account transfers prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your Account or any balance within it to any other person.

5 Deposits

jnt138 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only. All deposit amounts are credited to your Account Balance in Rp. The following terms govern deposits:

• Accepted methods. Deposits may be made via bank transfer to the following institutions: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. E-wallet deposits are accepted via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposit processing. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of confirmed bank-side transfer. E-wallet deposits are typically credited in real time. jnt138 is not responsible for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider.
• Own funds only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Deposits made from third-party bank accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are prohibited and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• No deposit fees. jnt138 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposit limits. jnt138 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any Account at any time for responsible gaming, compliance, or risk-management purposes. Users may also voluntarily set deposit limits via the responsible gaming tools in their Account settings.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds from your jnt138 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC prerequisite. Your Account must have completed and passed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed. Submitting a withdrawal request does not pause or override this requirement.
• Withdrawal method. Withdrawals are paid to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by jnt138 support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Minimum withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Processing time. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 1 to 24 hours during WIB business hours, subject to KYC status and any applicable review requirements. Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. jnt138 is not responsible for onward delays caused by receiving bank processing times.
• Wagering Requirements. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Real-Money Funds that have not been used to fulfil a Wagering Requirement are withdrawable at any time, subject to the other conditions in this clause.
• Withdrawal fees. jnt138 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the User's responsibility.
• Right to investigate. jnt138 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Funds subject to investigation may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jnt138 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible registered users who satisfy the conditions specified in the relevant promotion. jnt138 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per promotion. Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available to each eligible User once only. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and potential Account termination.
• Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion. The standard Wagering Requirement for jnt138's Welcome Bonus is 30× (bonus amount plus deposit amount). Wagering Requirements for other promotions are published at the point of offer. Not all game types contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution percentages are published in the Bonus Terms section of the relevant promotion.
• Validity period. Bonus Funds and associated Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds not used and Wagering Requirements not met within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus. Where a maximum withdrawal limit applies to winnings derived from a bonus, this will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Where no limit is stated, no cap applies.
• Bonus abuse. jnt138 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk arbitrage betting to fulfil Wagering Requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated wagering across related accounts. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonuses forfeited, and the Account may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Variation and withdrawal. jnt138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed before the modification date.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the jnt138 platform across all product types:

• Bet acceptance. All bets and wagers are subject to acceptance by jnt138. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation reference is issued by the platform. jnt138 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including for risk-management reasons, without being required to provide a reason.
• Obvious errors. jnt138 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published as a result of a manifest error (including pricing errors, data-feed errors, or system faults). Such bets will be settled at the corrected odds or voided entirely, at jnt138's discretion.
• Sportsbook rules. Football, badminton, basketball, e-sports, and all other sports markets are governed by the specific sport rules published in the jnt138 sportsbook help section. In the event of a conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, sport-specific rules prevail for that market.
• Togel rules. Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game) draws on jnt138 are governed by the draw schedules and payout tables published for each market (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). Draw results are sourced from official international lottery pools and are final.
• Live casino rules. Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and others) are governed by the rules of the individual game as communicated by the dealer and displayed on the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round outcome will be determined by the Platform's server records, which are definitive.
• Slot games. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP values are theoretical and calculated over millions of game rounds — they do not guarantee any particular outcome in any individual session.
• Finality of results. Once a game round or betting event is settled and confirmed in the Platform's records, the settlement is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event date.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jnt138 platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with jnt138.
• Attempting to manipulate any game outcome, betting market, or system through technical means including but not limited to bots, scripts, exploits, or collusion.
• Exploiting any software error, bug, or vulnerability. Any winnings derived from a confirmed software error are void and will be reversed. You must notify jnt138 promptly upon discovering any such error.
• Placing wagers designed primarily to exploit bonuses rather than for genuine entertainment purposes (bonus abuse as described in Clause 7).
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited at the individual level after having been notified of such prohibition by jnt138.
• Any behaviour that jnt138 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

10 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the jnt138 platform — including the brand name jnt138, its logo, website design, software, databases, text content, graphics, and game interfaces — are owned by or licensed to jnt138 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without jnt138's prior written consent.

Game content (slot titles, live dealer interfaces, sports data feeds) is owned by the respective third-party studios and data providers and is subject to their own intellectual property protections. jnt138 accesses and makes such content available to users under licence agreements with those providers.

11 Privacy & Data

jnt138 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes registration information, KYC documents, transaction records, device and session data, and communication records. This data is used to operate your Account, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, and provide customer support. jnt138 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to jnt138's legal retention obligations. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].

12 Responsible Gaming

jnt138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools and policies are in place for all users:

• Deposit limits. Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time limits. Users may set session duration reminders that notify them when a pre-set play period has elapsed.
• Self-exclusion. Users who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting jnt138 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be suspended and the user will not receive marketing communications.
• Reality checks. Pop-up notifications are available to remind users of their session duration and net wagering position at intervals of their choosing.
• Age verification. jnt138 enforces strict 21+ age verification. Any Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 will be immediately closed.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jnt138, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, even if jnt138 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any loss arising from: (a) interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events; (b) errors in odds, game outcomes, or data feeds that are corrected or voided under Clause 8; (c) delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers; or (d) unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security as required under Clause 4.
• Any financial loss resulting from wagering activity conducted on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk of financial loss and that jnt138 is not responsible for the outcome of any bet or game.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jnt138's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.

jnt138's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jnt138 holds its international gaming licence.

Users who access the Platform from the Republic of Indonesia do so on an offshore basis. jnt138 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in Indonesia. Users in Indonesia are solely responsible for assessing their own legal position and for compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws, regulations, and directives, including but not limited to the Public Gambling Act (Undang-Undang No. 7 Tahun 1974) and any related legislation or government regulations that may be in force.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through jnt138's internal complaints process (as described in Clause 16) shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of jnt138's licensing jurisdiction.

15 Amendments

jnt138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jnt138 will notify registered users via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real-Money Balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
